By means of the calculation rates applying to a professional group / employee / cost centre / activity, you can record and evaluate performance according to activities for cost centres or projects. You can use the transfer to the cost accounting and to the invoicing according to the cost centres, employees and activities.
Record the hours and expenses, and assign them to the customers, projects and activities. The user is logged into the central database, so the data may continue being processed in COAC (Cost accounting). Use a single database licence per user. Recommendation: processor licence for any number of users.
Definition of procedures with the planned values for the beginning, end, degree and duration of performances. The available capacity of human resources with the persons assigned based on their attributes or availability. For the selected persons, you can enter the planned costs, revenues and types of costs, and transfer them to the planned COAC (Cost accounting).
· Establishment and planning of deployment of persons
· Definition of repeated deployments of persons; sharing of all the planned deployments in the planned period
· Division of employees or takeover of the predefined division
· Planning of deployment of persons, project plan and production plan relate to the planned objects and planned capacities
· Definition of processes and other planning of values for the beginning, end, degree and duration of performances
· In addition to the degree of the work in progress, a process may also be determined by the degree of completion. Milestones make it possible to preset planning.
· Setting the available capacity of workers; comparison between the available/planned and real numbers
· For the assigned persons, you can enter/transfer the planned costs, revenues and types of costs, and share them with the planned COAC (Cost accounting)
· The performance recorded through EVZ / central performance records may be saved as a process
· The predefined values can be used for the comparison of a plan and the reality
· Comparison with the BMD organizer: optional or automatic entering of dates and tasks directly upon allocation of persons to the process
· Gantt charts and display of planning tables
· Export and import into the MS Project format
Human resources planning makes it possible to easily record, plan and manage the human resources either on a one-time basis or repeatedly. You can also plan the deployment of workers per project or production. Plans are mutually compatible. For the assigned workers, you can enter the planned costs, revenues and cost types, and transfer those data to the planned COAC (Cost accounting).
